At WATCH IT!, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new timepiece. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective films are intact.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
